Big disappointment

A friend of mine recommended PC-Specialists after we finished a decent last tier in world craft and were able to be still in the top 15 guilds world wide.

We dicussed his product and he mentioned that his purchases were usually very satisfying which also encouraged to give PC Specialist a try for an upgrade from my former pc.
He mentioned that due to Covid his delivery was a bit delayed and in my opinion that is something we have include nowadays since transport will most likely take a bit more time, which wasnt a negative criteria to begin with in my point of view.

I ordered the PC during the third week of february and had generous help of one of my friends, who was a semi professional gamer and is also very invested into building pcs.
While ordering the PC I called and asked if there was any chance of accelerating the delivery. ( I would of course pay more for it since I demanding an extra service),
and selecting the option during the progress was sadly not optional, because some of the components were not directly available.
This turned out not to be an immensive issue to be fair, but I had to simply call because one of the coolers I ordered was not available.
There was no notification or any feedback that the cooler I primarly ordered was not in stock and without actually calling and asking how the process is going I would have waited way longer than expceted. I changed the cooler from my original set up and everything was going as "planned".

Three weeks later I received my PC, which roughly cost around 3500 Euros.

And first I recognized the packaging was horrendously done and actually left me by surprise because for such a value I would have expected a bit more attention to detail. ( I will add the pictures how the PC arrived ).
Regardless of the person, who was responsible for the delivery, actually didnt ring the first two times and simply left a note. The requested person was not home...etc!
So I believe there was some misunderstanding from the behalf of FedEx but regardless of the delivery, the package as mentioned above in a very devasting state and seemed as if not taken care of properly.


I started the PC ( World first race Event / Progress / World of Warcraft ), when we had some downtime and prepared for the next days.

The PC started beeping several times at first I was like okay maybe the ram or something was out of place due to the transport, but it actually beeped five times and then four times.
Also the fence didnt properly work or seemed to vibrate in an odd matter.
Sadly it was too late to call PC Specialists or when I called no one answered the phone ( fair enough 4.52 pm ), peeps are about to leave for their well deserved weekend.

I will add the following videos and material and maybe, hopefully someone is able to assist me with some feedback.

PS : the videos I took are basically too big in terms of size and length so I will recude quality and size.

I wasnt sure if I should write the article in English or German sure will translate it and post it in the German forum, thanks for the hint there.
